We're currently seeking an experienced Park Manager or Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beautiful 50-site caravan park
Located halfway between Albury and Corowa/ Rutherglen, right on the Murry River, Howlong is a charming town with a lot to offer, including this fantastic employment opportunity
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the park
* Handle bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and social media
* Check in guests and process payments
* Provide out-of-hours assistance for check-ins and calls
* Monitor guest payments and follow up on arrears
* Manage cash, EFTPOS, direct debit transactions, and banking
* Assist owners with marketing and growth strategies
* Coordinate with preferred panel/paint repairers for warranty work
* Liaise with manufacturers and handle warranty claims
* Maintain accurate customer records and booking systems
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
* A confident, approachable personality
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Practical, easy-going, and adaptable with a sense of humour
* High cleaning standards and basic handyman skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in caravan park management
* Mid-level computer skills (bookings, invoicing, emails, social media)
