This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs! This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants across all shifts, so don't hesitate to apply!
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Providing an outstanding customer experience;
* Setting up, filling, and adjusting displays as required;
* Upselling;
* Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing coffees;
* Preparing cold beverages - milkshakes & iced drinks;
* Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
* Cleaning duties throughout the store.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated customer service skills;
* Positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks;
* Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
* Excellent organizational skills;
* Exposure to a fast-paced environment;
* Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential;
* Barista experience.
