EBOS Retail Pharmacy Brands brings together leading retail pharmacy brands and essential pharmacy services to support the success of independently owned pharmacies across Australia. Combining brands such as MediAdvice, Cincotta and TerryWhite Chemmart with service businesses including Minfos, Pharmacy Brands Australia (PBA), Intellipharm, and Zest, delivering retail excellence, data-driven insights, and innovative solutions that help pharmacy owners grow and better serve their communities.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team. This role is responsible for delivering high‐quality reporting, insights and data‐driven analysis to support internal business units, network partners and supplier community. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business, you will develop dashboards, analyse complex data sets, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
Analyse large data sets and deliver clear insight and commentary
Transform and validate data for use in cloud data and BI platforms
Deliver internal and external reporting to agreed timelines
Support forecasting, financial and executive reporting
Ensure data quality, integrity and reporting standards
Collaborate with systems, integration and data technical teams
Maintain BI and data visualisation workspaces and provide support
What we are looking for:
* A strong passion for bulding reports and dashboards for end users;
* StrongPower BI experience, including complex DAX
* StrongSQL skills and understanding of relational databases and data models
* Understanding of BI, ETL/ELT and data governance concepts
* Experience translating business needs into clear metrics and reporting
* Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills
* Tertiary qualification in analytics, data, business or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Exposure to cloud data platforms, scripting languages (e.g. Python), or tools such as Holistics is advantageous.
