Job Description
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm. As a Tax Quality Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of our quality management system within the tax business.
You will be responsible for driving BDO's response to increasing regulation of the tax profession, as well as delivering efficiency through appropriate systems and technology, supporting the firm's growth.
* Support the identification and analysis of risks and regulatory obligations for the provision of tax services.
* Assist in the design and implementation of responses to regulatory change.
* Monitor and oversee annual reviews and evaluation of tax services as part of the firm's system of quality management.
About You
* A Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation or equivalent experience in tax, accounting, legal or risk management.
* Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in regulatory compliance, change management, policy development and governance.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
