We are proudly part of Japan Post —**About the role**Toll Group is seeking an experienced Business Manager – Chemicals to lead transport and warehousing operations at our Major Hazard Facility (MHF) in Arndell Park. This senior operational leadership role has full accountability for safety, compliance, people leadership, customer performance and financial outcomes.**About you**You are a confident leader with extensive experience in chemical logistics, transport and warehousing, ideally within a Major Hazard Facility environment. You bring strong technical knowledge, people leadership capability and a passion for safety and continuous improvement.**Key responsibilities**• Lead day-to-day transport and warehouse operations within a Major Hazard Facility • Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods legislation, MHF licence conditions, CoR and Toll policies • Drive a strong safety-first culture • Lead and develop transport and warehouse teams • Manage customer relationships and service delivery against SLAs • Deliver against site financial plans and budgets**Qualifications & experience**• HSC or equivalent • Tertiary qualifications in Transport, Warehousing, Logistics or Management (preferred) • Experience in a Major Hazard Facility or similarly regulated environment • Current driver's licence At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
