About the Role

We're seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Front desk duties including answering phones and greeting clients
* Taking clients through properties for sale or lease
* Assisting marketing, sales & leasing teams as needed
* Managing CRM Database
* Sales, leasing, advertising & accounts administration

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

No prior experience is required, but a proactive attitude and high-spirited personality are essential.
