The purpose of this role is to manage your own small portfolio of clients while assisting senior brokers with larger, complex clients. You will take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.

Key accountabilities include:
Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
Describing insurable risk, designing appropriate insurance solutions, and negotiating the best deals in the global insurance market
Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with underwriting partners
Managing and maintaining budgets, business plans, and debtors
Building a long-term pipeline to support new business growth
Qualifications and experience required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong account management experience within commercial broking
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
Proactive approach to account management and service delivery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Driven and professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
