Proven ability to oversee day‐to‐day operations of accommodation properties while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Skilled in managing relationships with owners, guests, contractors, and body corporate committees, with a strong understanding of management rights operations within Queensland's strata and resort environment. Experienced in budgeting, revenue management, maintenance coordination, compliance, staff supervision, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
A hands‐on and proactive leader with excellent communication and problem‐solving skills, committed to maintaining well‐presented properties, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
