Senior Energy Strategy Lead
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the company's renewable strategy and business development agenda, aligning with our goal of sustainable growth.
The Opportunity
* Develop and execute a comprehensive 3–5 year growth strategy in renewable and hybrid energy solutions, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights.
* Define value propositions and market positioning for new products and services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
* Build and lead a high-performing business development team (5–6 people), coaching them through the transition into renewables and fostering a culture of innovation.
* Establish and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, EPCs, and channel partners, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
* Oversee pipeline generation, bid strategy, and deal execution, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding revenue targets.
* Support product development by providing market intelligence and customer insights, informing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery and optimize operational efficiency.
* Represent the organization with major clients and industry stakeholders, building strong relationships and establishing credibility.
