What you need to have:

Cert 3 Individual Support (Ageing)
Aged Care Experience.
Rights to Work Australia.
NDIS and National Police Clearance
Ability to provide evidence of all mandatory aged care vaccinations.
CPR / First Aid
2 recent Clinical references.
