Senior Technical Specialist - Fixed Voice and IN

The Senior Technical Specialist – Platform Owner (Intelligent Networks) is accountable for the end‐to‐end ownership, planning, design, performance, and lifecycle management of Intelligent Network (IN) platforms supporting Fixed Voice services.

The role owns platform health, roadmap, capacity, security and vendor governance, across the IN platforms and acts as the primary technical authority for Intelligent Networks, call routing, intelligent calling services, and platform APIs.

Your day to day will consist of

* Own end‐to‐end accountability for Intelligent Network platforms, including lifecycle management, roadmaps, and decommissioning strategies.
* Lead platform evolution across technologies such as Alcatel IN, Ribbon PSX, CAS, and the Call Routing Engine (CRE), covering routing logic, number analysis, and policy execution.
* Own delivery and evolution of new product capabilities, ensuring platform stability, vendor integration, and roadmap alignment.
* Govern API capabilities end‐to‐end, including design, lifecycle management, and integration with IT, product, provisioning, charging, and analytics systems.
* Ensure platforms meet availability, performance, scalability, resilience, security, and capacity planning requirements.
* Act as the technical authority for intelligent network service logic, call routing, APIs, and platform changes, including upgrades, security updates, and risk remediation.
* Provide technical leadership through stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, incident and problem resolution, financial planning input, and mentoring across the Fixed Voice domain.

What makes you perfect for the role

* Extensive experience as a Platform Lead in Fixed Voice or Intelligent Networks environments;
* Solid understanding of signalling protocols used within Intelligent Networks platforms (SIP, INAP, etc.)
* Strong hands‐on expertise Intelligent Network platforms (Alcatel IN, Ribbon PSX, and TNSI CAS) or equivalent carrier‐grade platforms
* Understanding of call routing engines, number analysis, and routing policy frameworks
* Proven experience designing, operating, and governing service and platform APIs (SOAP, REST, etc), including integration with IT and product systems
* Strong understanding of availability, security, and operational considerations for API‐based services
* Proven experience in platform lifecycle, capacity, risk, and vendor management
* Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills across technical and non‐technical teams
