This role is an opportunity to manage contracts, procurement, and costs across diverse developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and consultant agreements.
* Lead procurement activities including issuing RFQs, analyzing tenders, and conducting negotiations.
* Monitor and update budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow statements
* Handle contract administration including variations, progress claims, EOTs, and other related correspondence.
* Work closely with site and project teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to support project coordination.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and support final project handover and close-out.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodology, contract administration, and cost management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction sector
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Capable of managing competing priorities in a high-paced project environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry tools such as Procore or Cheops
