* Compile weekly reports for repairs and service jobs to inform business decisions.
* Communicate stock arrival information and arrange delivery to meet customer needs.
* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* High-volume administration experience with proficiency in managing multiple tasks.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a flexible attitude.
* Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and effective communication skills.
* Capacity to think critically and manage workflow efficiently.
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law is highly desirable.
