ABOUT THE POSITON.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior members.
DUTIES.
* Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
* Create procurement and contract advice.
* Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
* Assist with projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
* Minimum 4 years' experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
* Experience working with CostX is desirable.
* Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS) is desirable.
