We are seeking applications from experienced Receptionists/Administration Officers (minimum 2 years' experience).
Selection Criteria To be supportive of the Catholic Ethos and values of the College.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a high attention to detail.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in administration/reception.
Demonstrated sound understanding of office administration tasks.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven record of self-motivation, reliability, efficiency and professionalism.
Ability to adapt and quickly respond to new systems and processes.
Ability to interact with a range of clientele in various capacities, especially with our Aboriginal Community.
