We are currently looking for a **Trainee or experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join the team at **Tweed Mazda**.
**About the opportunity**:
Great customer service and exceptional sales abilities will be paramount to your success.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions
- Delivering positive face to face customer service experiences
- Maximise every sales opportunity and prospecting for new customers
- Provide assistance, advice, source information and deliver customer support services
- Customer follow up and database maintenance
- Welcoming new customers to the Dealership
- Adhering to Dealership Standards
**To be successful in this role, you must have**:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in a customer service role or similar
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Open, confident communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Hold a current driver licence
- Work as part of a team
