We are looking for 6x APS4 Health Record Officers for our client within the federal government space!
The APS4 Health Records Officer will be involved in the ongoing management and provision of electronic health records. The position will undertake the administration of retrieving electronic records; redaction in accordance with privacy laws and policy and national legislation; and timely provision of records in an electronic format.

POSITION: APS4 Health Record Officers
LOCATION: Campbell Park Offices, Northcott Drive, Campbell, ACT 2601 - Fully in office role
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Labour Hire Contract (6 months)
DURATION: 6 month contract. Potential 6 month extensions option.
HOURLY RATE: $51 per hour + 11% Superannuation
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
WFH: No, due to the nature of the role
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be Australian Citizen's with an existing Baseline Security Clearance.

Duties:
* Assess requests, export and post health records in IAW with policy and Health Information Office, Health Records, Standard Operating Procedures.
* Perform information and records management activities in accordance with relevant legislative policies and procedures.
* Maintain security classified information material in accordance with client requirements.
* Understand and implement information and records management policies and procedures to electronic records.
* maintain currency and integrity of information and record management systems.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member.
* Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
* Seek advice and guidance on more complex issues.
Ideal candidate:
* Applicants must be Australian Citizen's with an existing Baseline Security Clearance.
* Clear concise oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff in an integrated environment.
* A demonstrated ability to locate, interpret and apply existing policy and standards to deliverables.
* Well-developed computing skills and the ability to quickly acquire an operating knowledge of new systems
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results individually and in a team.
