We're an MSP – so if you don't know what that is, this might not be the role for you.This is a hands-on role: you'll be supporting customers onsite and remotely, helping guide our Level 1s, and making sure clients feel they're in safe hands (because they are).
ResponsibilitiesMentoring junior technicians and helping them tackle tricky challenges.Building customer rapport and delivering outstanding support experiences.Installing, managing and troubleshooting hardware, software and networks.Supporting virtualised and cloud-hosted environments.Monitoring and responding to system alerts.Producing clear documentation for issues and resolutions.Advising clients on industry best practices and solution options.What we're looking for3–5 years MSP experience (minimum 4 preferred).
Robust troubleshooting skills across a wide range of hardware/software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you'll be client-facing.Solid experience with: networking (routers, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).
Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Networking, CyberSec, etc.) highly regarded.Current driver's license + rights to work in Australia.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Techno?
