In the role you will Build strategic partnerships to increase awareness of NRL professional learning.
Deliver accredited, high-quality professional learning programs for teachers.
Strengthen teacher competence and confidence to deliver Rugby League programs.
Design and implement scalable, evidence-based professional learning that embeds Rugby League in school curricula and increases participation.
Build strategic partnerships with educators, curriculum authorities, and professional association to align accredit and promote NRL programs Analyse participation and engagement data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Ideally you will have Experience in industrial design, teacher professional learning or coach education framework.
Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions (online and face-to-face).
Understanding of teacher accreditation and AITSIL professional standards framework.
Experience with learning management systems, online content development and assessment tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including educators, administrators and sport industry professionals.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes, ideally within a sport, education or community focused environments.
