The Country Chef Bakery Co. is seeking a Store Person to join our Afternoon Shift Warehouse team in our brand-new facility in Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast .

About This Opportunity
Due to seasonal growth, we are looking for a casual Warehouse/Store Person with experience in food manufacturing or similar roles in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Shift time: Monday to Friday / 2pm to 10pm
* Operate forklift for loading and unloading, ensuring smooth flow of goods within the warehouse, machines, and delivery areas.
* Manage dispatch activities and assist with logistics.
* Inspect and report non-conforming or damaged materials.
* Safely move goods within the storage facility, stacking them correctly according to inventory control and FIFO principles.
* Complete paperwork, including traceability sheets, as per company requirements.
* Pick and verify materials for next-day production based on pick lists.
* Print and attach shipping labels to orders.
* Pack and wrap pallets, applying labels as needed.
* Prepare consignment notes.
* Perform daily equipment checks for safe operation.
* Provide training to Production Workers on safe pallet wrapping practices.
* Load and unload goods from vehicles following safety guidelines.
About You
Our ideal candidate is professional, confident, and able to work independently to complete tasks. We value reliable, fast-paced multitaskers who enjoy achieving results in a friendly team environment.
* Forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
* Valid and current C-class driver’s license.
* Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
* Previous experience as a Store Person or in a warehouse role.
