About the role
You will be the first point of contact for staff requiring technical assistance, providing timely support and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth day‐to‐day IT operations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Log, prioritise, and escalate incidents in accordance with service-level agreements.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
* Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem‐solver with a strong customer‐service mindset, capable of remaining calm and resourceful under pressure.

Security Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work environment, our client requires candidates to hold an active NV2 or TSPV Security Clearance, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
