About The Role
We are seeking a senior nurse leader to drive improvement in patient flow, care processes and system performance across our hospital. As the demand management and logistics service lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance patient experience and outcomes, improve access to care and support alternative care models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement process improvements that enhance patient flow and reduce wait times.
* Work closely with clinicians and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of patients and staff.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficient use of resources and improve patient outcomes.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in nursing or a related field.
* Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
