Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of services
* Liaise with internal and external customers to understand their delivery requirements
* Maintain service schedules and coordinate servicing for company fleet
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment of constant change
* Previous experience in a customer service/planning/scheduling function desired but not essential as training can be provided
* Computer literate with previous experience in Microsoft Office essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse people
