About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our Macarthur/Penrith team as an Air Conditioning Cleaning Technician. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in attention to detail, and provides outstanding customer service. A company vehicle is provided along with equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform air conditioning cleaning and sanitising services to a high standard
· Maintain and care for all equipment and the company vehicle
· Work independently after training to manage daily appointments
· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
· Work regularly both indoors and outdoors, including in the heat
· Follow company safety and quality standards
Requirements:
· Current Drivers licence
· Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
· Physically fit, able to lift 20 kgs and capable of handling a demanding workload
· Ability to work comfortably on ladders
· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
· Able to withstand working in hot environments in summer
· National Police Check
· *HVAC/Airconditioning Experience Preferred but not essential
