As a key member of the Corporate Strategy team, you'll work alongside ex-consultants and partner directly with Executives and senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive impactful strategic initiatives. This is your chance to make a real difference
Key responsibilities include:
* Co-develop and refine the corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market dynamics.
* Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning process, including facilitating strategy offsites for the Executive team and Board.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend assessments to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
* Build and own complex financial models, extracting actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic projects.
* Collaborate with Executives, Senior Leaders, Business Managers, and external partners on critical strategy topics.
* Evaluate M&A opportunities, contribute to deal execution, and support integration efforts.
* Assess investment opportunities in startups and ventures, driving innovation and developing customer-centric propositions.
Experience and knowledge required:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field, ideally with an MBA.
* Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, combined with experience in corporate or tech strategy roles.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in presenting complex information clearly and concisely to senior audience, including Board-level presentations.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* A passion for problem-solving and a strong drive to achieve results.
* Prior experience in financial modelling would be highly regarded.
