About the Role An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Technical Sales Executive to join a high-performing team. This is a technical, project-based sales role, managing the full sales lifecycle-from lead generation and estimating through client engagement and project delivery. You will work closely with fabricators, builders, glaziers, and architects, supplying automatic door solutions (sliding, swing doors, etc.) using premium product ranges. This role offers strong autonomy, with regional sales coverage across Perth, supported by both local and interstate teams. Key Responsibilities Estimate and quote automatic door packages using SimPro Manage inbound enquiries and actively generate new leads via tender portals Build and maintain relationships with key clients (fabricators, builders, glaziers) Conduct site visits, measurements, and project assessments Present technical solutions to architects, consultants, and customers Specify architectural hardware into commercial construction projects Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support delivery Manage full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to project completion Focus purely on commercial projects (no residential work) Skills & Experience Background in technical sales, estimating, or construction-related industries (e.g. fabrication, glazing, mechanical, electrical, door hardware) Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset High attention to detail in quoting and documentation Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience with estimating systems (SimPro highly regarded) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) What's on Offer Competitive salary Super Commission Company vehicle or car allowance Phone laptop provided Work with market-leading products and global brands Strong pipeline and established client base High level of autonomy with team support Clear pathway to leadership role (succession planning) Long-term career growth within a stable, expanding business If you're ready for your next opportunity, apply today or contact DNA Recruitment at (03) 9070 1111 for more information.
