$157,900 – $171,005 a year (effective from 13 June 2026 the salary range will increase to $163,427 – $176,990 per annum)
Full time, Contract. Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months, with possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile
The Procurement and Contracting Unit provides strategic direction, planning and leadership for procurement and contracting of state-wide health services to ensure delivery of high quality health care in WA via essential community and patient transport services.
This includes managing and negotiating major whole of WA health contracts including:
* The Ambulance Services Agreement with St John WA (SJWA) for emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.
* The Non-Emergency Planned Patient Transport Service for road-based patient transport across the Perth metropolitan area.
* The Mental Health Patient Transport Service, WA's first specialist transport service for involuntary mental health patients under a transport order.
As Manager Contracts you will lead this portfolio of high-value complex contracts, monitoring performance, driving improvements and delivering strategic health priorities across WA. You will engage with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts to build and manage key relationships, ensure effective service delivery, and drive innovative improvements in contract management.
