Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable.
* Experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disability or health conditions.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labor market trends.
