Founders / Manager: Northern Star Supports (NSS) invites graduates to join our Current Graduate Program in Speech Pathology. With 20+ years of experience in disability and early intervention, NSS provides mentorship, guidance, and career development for new graduates entering practice. 
What our Graduate Program offers 
- Structured onboarding program with a gradual caseload 
- Weekly supervision & mentoring with senior Speech Pathologists 
- Multidisciplinary team (OTs, Intervention Teachers, Admin support) 
- Low KPIs (just under 60%) — focus on quality, not quotas 
- 7 weeks’ annual leave (5 directed + 2 flexible) 
- Above-award pay rates + explicit progression pathways 
- Laptop, phone, NSS shirt & jacket provided 
- Professional development allowance + regular in-house PD 
- Flexible mix of office, school, home, and community-based therapy

Who we’re looking for 
- Speech Pathology graduates (SPA registered or working towards) 
- Passion for paediatrics and disability 
- Strong communication, organisation, and reflective practice skills 
- A collaborative team spirit and commitment to families 
- Current driver’s licence
