Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and innovative team. This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to work within our dedicated ICU team, where physiotherapy plays a vital role in early mobilisation, tracheostomy management, ventilator weaning, and acute rehabilitation.
In addition to delivering high-quality clinical care, this role includes providing leadership, supervision, and coordination of professional development initiatives to ensure contemporary clinical excellence across our acute inpatient service.

Skills & Experience*
* Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
*Technical/Professional Knowledge And Skills*
* A minimum of seven years' experience, including significant experience within the ICU field, including but not limited to early mobilisation, tracheostomy & ventilation management, rehabilitation and preferably a post-graduate qualification in the relevant clinical area of practice
* Advanced knowledge of assessment treatment and management options for a broad range of clients requiring outpatient rehabilitation and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge
* Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required

As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services while providing clinical leadership, supervision, and professional development support. Your expertise will help drive contemporary clinical excellence across our subacute inpatient service.
*Technical/Professional Knowledge And Skills*
* A minimum of seven years' experience, with demonstrated expertise in Aged Care or Geriatric rehabilitation, and preferably a post-graduate qualification in the relevant clinical area of practice
* Demonstrate advanced physiotherapy assessments and interventions tailored to the needs of older adults in GEM and Gandarra. Support clients in achieving optimal physical function, pain management, and falls prevention
* Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and review quality improvement activities, and positively influence change as required
