As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory within Western Australia. This role is based in Perth or surrounds, where you will implement and execute strategies to promote and grow the business and associated brands.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and branch team to preserve and increase sales volume and brand awareness of all products.
Key responsibilities include:
* Customer call planning and execution, with associated reporting
* Conducting product training sessions for business customers and end users
* Implementing company-directed sales strategies (promotions, marketing campaigns)
* Prospecting for new customers and opportunities
* Driving sales activity through sell-in and sell-out functions, upselling where possible
* Identifying sales opportunities through store inventory analysis
* Securing best floor position for stock and presenting products according to standards
* Capturing market intelligence and competitor activity, reporting accordingly
* Supporting Internal Sales with timely communication
* Maintaining CRM records up-to-date for assigned territory
* Attending industry events and regional travel may require working outside standard hours
* Carrying out other duties as required or requested, including assisting Internal Sales, office or warehouse functions
* Representing professionally and with integrity at all times
