Join our amazing Quality Team at CoAct in this permanent part-time remote role, where you’ll lead assurance activities, analyse service performance, and help our partners deliver exceptional Employment Services - all from the comfort of your home!
What the role involves
In this role you will be responsible to review evidence, spot trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold our standards and meet contractual commitments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assurance activities (e.g. file reviews, compliance checks)
- Monitor risk areas and suggest improvements
- Provide feedback and follow up with Service Partners
- Assist in reports and data entry via our Quality Portal
- Support Department audits and assurance requests
- Help identify and reduce areas of risk
- Keep our quality processes running smoothly
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who thrives on detail, enjoys digging into data, and brings a sharp eye for quality.
About you
- Have a keen eye for detail and a love for analytical work
- Experience in contract delivery, compliance, or performance monitoring in Employment Services
- The ability to work independently while effectively managing competing deadlines
- Hold a flexible approach, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities as needed
- A strong understanding (and interpretation) of Departmental guidelines and CoAct policies across programs like Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, and more
- Please note: this role is open to applicants currently residing in Australia
