Description Join the Learning Design & Engagement team who are changing the face of learning at Westpac. Responsible for learning solution architecture, curation, build and maintenance, as well as program and change management, learning engagement and culture and the overall learning experience. What’s the role? Forming part of the Learning leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering Westpac’s enterprise learning experience. You’ll lead a team of approximately 20 professionals, overseeing the design and engagement of learning solutions across the organisation. From curating content to driving engagement through marketing and platform utilisation, you’ll ensure learning is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the employee lifecycle. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Strong expertise in learning design and solution delivery aligned to industry best practices. You’re also passionate and well-informed about innovation in learning, with knowledge and experience of current and emerging learning technologies. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams. Experience managing change and program delivery within complex environments. A strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives to organisational goals. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with internal teams and external vendors.
