The Role
* Providing an outstanding customer experience
* Greeting guests on arrival at the dealership's service department
* Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
* Keeping customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle
* Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
* Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
* Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
Selection Criteria
* Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
* Team player with can‐do attitude
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Good computer literacy with experience using CRM systems desired
* Current Driver's License
* Industry‐leading remuneration and commission package
