Production Operators - Precast Concrete We're seeking reliable and safety‑focused Production Operators to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll support the efficient production of high‑quality concrete products while working alongside experienced Leading Hands and a supportive Production Supervisor. About the Role You'll be involved in a variety of production tasks, including: Working across designated production areas as directed Assembling, preparing and stripping moulds Applying correct vibration techniques for consistent product quality Hand‑finishing concrete surfaces (trowelling) Lubricating moulds safely and efficiently Performing basic quality checks to meet specifications Maintaining tools, equipment and general housekeeping Assisting with minor repairs where capable Reporting any safety, quality or environmental concerns What You'll Bring Strong commitment to workplace safety Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Able to work with routine supervision Practical, hands‑on attitude and strong work ethic Current driver's licence Valid Australian working rights Experience in precast, manufacturing, construction or heavy industry is highly regarded We also welcome motivated individuals with the right attitude who are keen to learn
