Role Description
The Installer role at Squizify is a part‐time, on‐site position based in Darra, QLD. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing and setting up Squizify's food safety and operational software for clients across various locations. Day‐to‐day tasks will involve coordinating installation schedules, conducting on‐site equipment setup, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing hands‐on support to ensure a seamless implementation process. As a valued member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding client experiences and contributing to the smooth operation of Squizify's services.
Qualifications
* Technical skills: Proficiency in setting up and configuring software and hardware systems, with a knack for troubleshooting technical challenges.
* Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear instructions and support during installations.
* Time management and organizational skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
* Problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in installation processes while addressing any issues promptly.
* Physical ability to handle and install equipment as required for on‐site setups.
* Professional experience in installation, IT, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
* Understanding of food safety and operational compliance software will be an advantage.
