Job Overview
Established company is in need of a highly experienced and qualified Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional. Primary purpose is to contribute to the safe work environment by planning, driving and measuring EHS initiatives across the organisation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems. They will be responsible for managing the organisational EHS department, implementing policies and procedures to prevent workplace injuries.
* Planning: Develop and implement high-level annual plans for the entire business; deliver and present EHS related findings and issues to senior management.
* Provide leadership and vision to manage EHS responsibilities; establish organisational goals aligned with shareholder value.
