Pharmacist Role

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Cancer Care and Clinical Trials. The successful applicant will provide comprehensive medication management, optimise patient treatments and lead clinical trial processes within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services, focusing on medication safety and optimisation.
2. Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring and offer patient-specific recommendations.
3. Manage clinical trial drugs and supplies, ensuring efficient preparation and documentation.
4. Liaise with stakeholders for project implementation and training.

Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional registration
* High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge
* Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care highly regarded
* Clinical Trials experience highly desirable
