Your Role
As part of the Aura team, you'll help deliver the standard our clients know and love. This role is more than just cleaning — it's about presentation, professionalism, and the small touches that make a big impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Following Aura's professional cleaning standards and "Aura Way" procedures
* Completing the finishing touches that elevate each space — styling, presentation resets, and visual detailing
* Cleaning and maintaining residential properties to a luxury standard
* Handling cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
* Communicating clearly with team leaders about job progress, client requests, and supplies
Requirements
* A valid Police/Crime Check (or willing to obtain one)
* Must be 18 years or older
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
* Must hold any valid driver's licence (provisional or full licence)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Previous cleaning experience highly desirable.
