Marketing Calendar Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing calendars across Oceania Retail, driving traffic and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brief, develop and execute full year Oceania Retail Calendars for Retail that drive traffic and conversion.
* Develop and manage Retail Demand Generation plans alongside the Commercial Marketing Manager, with a focus on Factory Outlet across Oceania.
* Ensure all in-store communications are kept up to date and imagery usage requirements are adhered to in line with global launch dates.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with relevant Centre Marketing Teams to assist in the planning and optimisation of Retail Marketing Contributions within these Centres.
* Manage requests and campaign execution for wholesale partners, focusing on driving sell-through of key brand initiatives.
* Implement and execute a seasonal production plan with third-party vendors to ensure timely deliverables to Retail and Trade accounts.
* Support the business in sales conferences and the GTM process.
* Manage stakeholder expectations regarding campaign progress.
* Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, as well as catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor Degree or Higher, 2-3 years Trade/Retail Marketing Experience for a Multi-Category Brand, particularly in Sport/Fashion/Lifestyle.
2. Project Management, Budget Management, Marketing Calendar Development, Execution and Management skills.
3. Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation Skills, Proven ability to work independently and multi-task, Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive and organised, Trouble Shooting Skills, Self-Motivated.
4. MS Office – Expert and PhotoShop - Intermediate skills.
