Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It's about creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre-shift briefs.
Driving high performance through regular coaching and setting clear goals.
Maintaining high standards and managing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Showing passion for the brand and ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
Managing labour and costs effectively, driving sales, and using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
Championing and implementing change within the team.
