The Role
We're looking for a reliable and skilled Window & Door Installer to join our crew. You'll be installing aluminium and steel window and door systems on a variety of residential and commercial sites around Melbourne inclusive of working away from time to time.
This is a long-term position with consistent work and opportunities to grow as the business expands.
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing aluminium and steel windows & doors
* Glazing windows and doors
* Caulking
* Reading plans and shop drawings
* Working with cranes, lifting equipment & glazing robots
* Ensuring installs meet Australian Standards and site requirements
* Maintaining a clean, professional worksite
* Representing Hustle Installations professionally on site
What We're Looking For
* Experience in window & door installation
* Glazing or carpentry background highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* White Card (essential)
* Driver's licence (essential)
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Reliable, punctual, and switched on
