This role offers exposure across the full project lifecycle with rotations through site, estimating and project administration to build strong foundational experience. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with daily project coordination Review and prepare documentation, drawings, schedules, and compliance records Support subcontractor pricing, procurement, and engagement Conduct site checks, measure-ups, and inspections under supervision Maintain registers, meeting notes, and document control Track program progress and provide status updates Gain exposure to WHS, QA and building code requirements About You Currently studying Construction Management Genuine interest in a long-term career in fit out and interiors Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Aconex or EstimateOne is an advantage Alignment with DSD values of Partnership, Progress and Performance Progression Pathways At DSD, we believe in growing careers alongside our business.
