Great opportunity as a Customs Broker. Long-term and full time position. Salary package up to $110,000 - $130,000 + Super.

Responsibilities
* Check and lodge Formal Import Declarations in accordance with Customs and Biosecurity legislation.
* Mentor compilers/classifiers to increase compliance standards.
* Process and classify commodities.
* Liaise with ABF and DAWE.
* Indicate errors or inaccuracies with import declarations to team members.
* Check expiry date of registered documents and discharge expired securities.
* Achieve KPIs required for each client at all times by ensuring successful processing of import clearances.
* Perform other duties as specified by manager when required.
* Develop strong working relationships with both internal and external clients.
Qualifications
* Current ABF license including DAWE accreditation.
* Customs Broker experience.
* Obtain required CPD points within CPD year.
* High degree of numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills.
* Commercial focus and excellent customer service skills.
* Adaptable, ethical, and hands‐on approach.
* Effective interaction and networking with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate professional movement of all shipments.
* First‐class written and verbal communication skills.
* Prioritize and time‐manage ability.
* Attention to detail.
