An exciting opportunity is now available for a Holiday Property Manager to join our growing property management division in Byron Bay. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with real estate experience, or someone looking to enter the industry with strong transferable skills and a passion for exceptional service.
You will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless, memorable holiday experiences, while supporting the wider property management and sales team.
About the Role
As our Holiday Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of holiday accommodation, guest services and administrative support. This is a fast-paced, varied role within a supportive and energetic team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing holiday bookings and guest enquiries
* Greeting guests and clients with a professional, welcoming manner
* Front-of-house reception and phone management
* Assisting the Property Management and Sales teams
* Managing booking systems and databases
* General administrative and ad-hoc office duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated, organised and personable individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Ideally, you will have:
* Previous real estate or property management experience (preferred but not essential)
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Resly, REST or booking systems highly regarded)
* Impeccable personal presentation
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
