The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and influential Supplier Performance Manager to optimise supplier outcomes across our ANZ supply chain. This newly created role is your chance to shape supplier performance frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen relationships that directly impact service, quality, cost and sustainability.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring suppliers consistently deliver to the high standards expected by Martin Brower and our global customers.
Day to day you will
* Drive the supplier performance framework across KPIs, scorecards and reporting
* Monitor, analyse and present supplier performance insights to guide decision-making
* Lead supplier performance reviews and implement corrective and preventative actions
* Lead and coach a high-performing team while promoting our culture of People First and excellence
* Act as the primary contact for supplier relationships, partnering closely across operations, quality, supply chain, transport and customer teams
* Deliver continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing DIFOT, quality, freshness and reducing waste
* Lead root cause analysis and manage resolutions for quality, compliance or service issues
* Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Uplift capability through coaching, training and best-practice sharing with suppliers and internal teams
* Ensure accurate documentation, audit readiness and governance compliance
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role in Supply chain, performance, quality or similar functions preferably within the FMCG/Food / Retail industry
* Demonstrated experience in leading or coaching a small team
* Strong understanding of supply chain operations and performance metrics
* Excellent relationship-building skills across suppliers and internal teams
* Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into clear actions
* Experience leading performance discussions, corrective actions and improvement programs
* Experience with ERP systems, supplier portals or performance tools (desirable)
* Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, or related disciplines is preferred.
