SUPERVISOR TAX BUSINESS SERVICES – SOUTHERN GOLD COAST – CHARTERED ACCOUNTING FIRM – $100K-$120K + SUPER (Job ID 641)
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of around 12 accounting professionals across remote, hybrid and in-person schedules, ensuring quality control and excellence in client deliverables.
* Work closely with Partners in-office, mentor staff and streamline processes.
* Manage a portfolio of clients with turnovers between $5 million and $20+ million.
Qualifications
* At least 7 years of Australian tax and business advisory experience at a senior level.
* Strong client service mindset.
Work environment and flexibility
The role offers genuine flexibility, including the ability to work some days from home and from both North and South Gold Coast offices. You will initially work on-site to learn systems, team, and workflow, then move to hybrid working conditions with flexible hours to support productivity and work-life balance.
