With a strong reputation in the infrastructure and telecommunications space, this organisation delivers high-volume, high-impact projects that directly support the roll-out and maintenance of critical national networks.As part of their ongoing program of works, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced delivery team.About the RoleIn this role, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support to ensure the accurate processing and validation of complex work claims.
You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to manage documentation, review claims, and maintain work-flow integrity across a high-volume portfolio of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate high volumes of technical work orders against contract rates and artefactsEnsure timely approvals and dispute resolution of rejected claims to meet performance targetsLiaise with subcontractors to request supporting documentation or resolve queriesTrack trends through generation of regular reportingEscalation of any negative claim trends to leadersProvide admin and project support to field teams and supervisorsMaintain data accuracy across internal systems and ensure work-flow complianceSupport process improvements, training delivery, and on-boarding of new team membersOversee upkeep of all work orders to maintain data integrity and work-flow accuracyWhat You'll BringExperience in project administration, claims processing, and contract support - essentialExperience generating and / or writing reportsTelecommunications related background experience - highly desirableComfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder liaisonSound knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systemsA proactive mindset, team-focused approach, and commitment to high performanceFamiliarity with KPIs, reporting processes, and contractual compliance advantageousWhats in it for you?
