What we are looking for:
* 2 years experience working at a CDP level within a fine dining, hatted establishment
* Experience of cooking with fire is preferred
* Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
* Have full Australian working rights
* Available to work nights and weekends
* Immediate start
