We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our Sydney South West team. This role will focus on engaging with clients and candidates across corporate, technical, and administrative roles.
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing a hot desk, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact business growth, and you will be supported by a collaborative team and approachable leadership.
Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building activities
 * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate engagement to placement and post-placement support
 * Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
 * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve clear targets and goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
 * Contribute to the growth and development of our Sydney South West business, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the white-collar/professional sector (administration, technical, engineering, or professional services)
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels
 * Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
 * Exceptional customer service skills, with a high energy and motivated attitude
 * Team-oriented, value-driven, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
 * Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
